WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Manage Lead Control Systems Commissioning Engineers on-site and assign tasks to team leads and other team members
Manage schedule and quality of the Control Systems Implementation as part of the assigned project/jobsite
Interface with Installation Supervisors
Interface with Software Implementation Site Management
Interface with Construction Site Management
Interface with Customer to address Control Systems-related matters
Interface with Project Management
Report and track on-site progress
Responsible for resource planning of the jobsite of assigned area, including turnarounds and vacations
Hold and lead team meetings
Review, check, and approve hours of direct reports
Oversee and direct successful and timely completion of assigned team tasks and projects, in coordination with department and business area management
Assess risk and take appropriate actions
Attend all meetings relevant to the assigned project
WHAT YOU HAVE
2 years of experience with implementation of Control Systems and/or PLC commissioning
Knowledge of project management and of tools being used for project management
Knowledge of computer systems and Windows operating system
Good knowledge of PLC programming
Ability to perform other duties as assigned

Working Conditions and Environment:
Overtime as required by work
Travel is required, up to 90% or must be open to relocate to assigned project site (duration of over 1 year)
Passport or ability to obtain passport
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Professional office etiquette is required at all times
Physical requirements may include:
Sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, climbing a ladder, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm’s length, and lifting up to 50 pounds
