Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you like to seek out opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?What you’ll be doing:Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing initiatives that align with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and other digital channels.Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various channels including the website, blog, social media, email, and other digital platforms.Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to identify and target key audiences and create content tailored to their needs and interests.Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the content is relevant and competitive.Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to increase the reach of the content.Stay updated on SEO best practices and incorporate them into content creation to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of content projects.Keep up-to-date with the latest content digital marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation within the company.What we’d love for you to have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in content marketing.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other relevant tools.Experience creating content for various channels, social media, email, and video.Proficient in SEO and keyword research.Familiarity with content management systems and social media management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.We are interested in you as a person, your attitude, behaviors, and values.
