SUMMARY
The Facilities Services Account Manager reports directly to and supports the Director of Client Solutions through work order processing and customer service. The focus of the Manager position should on building positive customer and vendor relationships to thoroughly support existing customers and identify/grow new business opportunities. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, service application, and logistics.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports day to day operations as directed by Director of Client Solutions
Collaborates with other Facilities Services Account Manager(s) on solutions and processes to ensure consistent service.
Operates as a main point of contact for work requests and customer service support.
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Process work orders within our CMMS system and follow requests through until completion
Research potential vendors
Maintaining a database of different suppliers and vendors and the materials delivered by them
Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
Keep records of client transactions
Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Support initiatives to grow business with existing clients
