Requirements

Job Overview and Responsibilities 

  • Primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Records information such as name, address, machine to be repaired, or service to be rendered and prepares work orders; schedules service calls; distributes to and dispatches service technicians; keeps a record of service calls and work orders.
  • Training to include e-auto protocols, phone techniques, accuracy, Standard Operating Procedures, customer satisfaction, and loaner approvals.  Is this training the employee undergoes or is it training the employee will be executing for others? 
  • Knowledge of E-automate is a plus.
  • Reiterate dispatch and supply order parameters and expectations.
  • Listen to customer needs and concerns and diplomatically solve challenges.
  • Update and communicate progress with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Keeps record of service calls, work orders, service loaners, and service inspections. 
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned to assist with Service Operations Manager’s reports. 
  • Prepare work orders, schedule service calls, and dispatch service technicians.
  • Other duties may be assigned. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a technology or office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate work, will adhere to tasks and schedules.
  • Prioritize single-tasking with the flexibility to handle workday disruptions.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
