Job Posting for Senior Revenue Analyst at KNM Resources

Responsibilities:

  • All reconciliation, data entry, validation and responding to all ISO discrepancies and settlement statements on a daily/monthly basis
  • Resolve all ISO disputes
  • Work closely with multiple departments in reconciling internal and external financial settlement requests
  • Assist in creating and developing reports for the accounting team and various level of management
  • Utilize knowledge of the ISO market rules to ensure revenue and expense recognition is accurately reflected in financial accounts
  • Assist in creating and developing spreadsheets, data retrieval tools and macros
  • Comply with Sarbanes Oxley Sec. 404 legislation as it relates to the work processes for financial reporting and accounting department

 

Qualifications:       

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or related field of study
  • 3 years of experience
  • Energy industry strongly preferred
  • Familiarity and competence with ISO market rules in PJM, NYISO, and ISO-NE preferred
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills required and basic database use skills preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
