Sales Representative (100% Commission) - (Remote)

We are seeking an entrepreneurial minded, motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our team on a 100% commission basis.


Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving sales of our branded products and apparel. This is a commission-only position, offering uncapped earning potential for self-motivated individuals who excel in a remote work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored product options.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and customization options to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct compelling and engaging virtual presentations to showcase our products and demonstrate how they align with clients' branding objectives.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals. Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, annual revenue targets.
  • Remote Work Excellence:
  • Demonstrate self-discipline, organization, and time management skills while working independently in a remote environment.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of B2B and direct sales experience 
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the promotional products or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, maintaining high levels of motivation and accountability.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with virtual sales tools and platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection


Expectations:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuously expand the client base through effective prospecting and lead generation.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
  • Attend Sales Meetings
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities provided by the company.


Compensation:

This position is 100% commission-based, offering a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential  and an impressive first-year earning potential of $100,000 - $200,000
