We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product team - the location is flexible, remote or close to a hub (San Francisco, Seattle, Nashville and New York Metro Area). The Role: As a Product Manager on the Knowable team, you will have the opportunity to work across the Knowable product portfolio, including our internal contract review platform – all in a very small team environment where you will have a meaningful opportunity to contribute to client facing products and features. You should feel comfortable writing user stories, working with designers, speaking to engineers and working in an agile, user-centric product development organization. You will have chances to join design sprints, listen to user interviews, and analyze user data. This role reports to our Director of Product Management who is based in NY state. Location: Knowable has Product and Tech hubs in San Francisco, Seattle, Nashville, and New York Metro Area. Remote candidates are also encouraged to apply. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the execution of a product roadmap, including creation and prioritization of product backlog, setting feature acceptance criteria, and ensuring implementation readiness for new features, enhancements, and defects. Translate customer requirements into detailed user stories that address identified business problems Collaborate with development, design, testing and product operations to ensure high-quality production releases Drive implementation readiness across cross-functional teams, including client service, customer support, onboarding, and product operations Champion product improvements based on the ‘voice of the customer’ and usage analytics Personal Competencies Approaches product development with a data-driven decision-making mindset Communicates expectations and priorities clearly Demonstrates effective conversational skills, including active listening and questioning Brainstorms with others to look for different approaches to current process and tasks Proactively identifies and removes barriers to team performance Brings enthusiasm to the team TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related area. Legal technology or knowledge of corporate contracting and/or legal operations is a plus.
