The Jr. Salesforce Administrator is an integral part of the Business Applications team that supports the entire organization in developing, programming and supporting the CRM tool as well as organizational processes. The Jr. Salesforce Administrator also troubleshoots and works with end-users to ensure the application meets the organization’s needs and will assist with the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployments. In addition, this position will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. The individual in this role will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Jr. Administrator for Salesforce.com
- Work with the organization to identify functionality needs and write requirements that Salesforce must meet
- Handle administrative functions including workflows, process builders, flows, and various system configurations
- Coordinate with the Salesforce team to perform installed package and integration upgrades as needed
- Work closely with the Manager of Salesforce Configuration on needed configuration projects and reporting
- Ensure data integrity and quality
- Work with various groups and subject matter experts to collaborate on process improvements in Salesforce
- Assist Growth and Quality with creating training for executives, managers, and/or end users
- Ensure the execution of data inserts, updates, conversions, and overall maintenance of data quality in Salesforce
- Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Assist with troubleshooting systems to determine problems and solutions
- Resolves software-related issues
- Work with vendors support to resolve issues and confirm workflow updates
- Create, maintain, and schedule Salesforce reports and Dashboards
- Assist with organizing reports and maintain procedures to ensure systems are specified or built, deployed and maintained in a consistent manner
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in a CRM, Salesforce a plus
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience with Database Data Management
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning a plus
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, a plus
- Salesforce workflow, flow, process builder, report, dashboard, and other configuration skills
- Salesforce data loader
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
