They're on the path to forming an engineering and science team focused on commercializing their technology, with the aim of delivering a commercially viable product by year-end.
Job Overview:
As the Engineering Team Lead, you'll head a small yet rapidly expanding team of engineers and scientists. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the team. They are currently dedicated to the development, design, testing, and maintenance of skid-mounted technology, which is continuously evolving. This project is currently in the commercialization phase, and once a commercially viable technology is achieved, your team will shift its focus to optimizing and scaling it.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
B.S. degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, materials, etc.).
A minimum of 5 years of post-college industry experience.
Proven involvement in successfully transitioning designs and prototypes to commercialization in a high-tech hardware field, such as batteries, fuel cells, solar cells, electrolyzers, etc.
Exceptional understanding of the thermodynamics of steam, water, and gas systems, with the ability to engineer them for safety and efficiency.
Demonstrated track record of leading projects through various stages to completion.
Previous experience in a startup company is a significant advantage.
