POSITION EXPECTATIONS*
**
KNR’s Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) manage and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy services to children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders. The BCBAs perform assessments, develop treatment plans, lead and supervise a team of therapists, train staff, and work with parents and families.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and programs based on assessment results
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans
- Modify treatment plans and programs as needed based on data-driven decisions
- Oversee treatment plan implementation and provide clinical supervision to staff
- Work collaboratively with members of the child’s team, family, and other professionals
- Provide regular training to families and caregivers
- Provide initial and ongoing training to therapists
- Write reports and maintain client records
- Create materials as needed to support program implementation
- Provide BCBA Supervision as needed (training and support provided)
- Ensure internal policies are followed
QUALIFICATIONS
**
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with Autism
- Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
- Experience with various assessment tools and Central Reach
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
This postion offers a base salary plus bonus of up to $15,000 annually.
