Our hotel is seeking a Manager to lead our team of professionals and ensure that we provide the very best service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and maintenance, but will also supervise the general housekeeping staff and ensure that our facility meets the very highest standards. The ideal candidate for this position has a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of hospitality, and an appreciation for cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the specifics of a hotel's day-to-day operation.
  • Manage a team of employees and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Communicate with off-site managers and adjust hotel operations based on their feedback.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Manage an inventory of hotel supplies, ingredients, and other food items.
  • Communicate with guests during their stay.
  • Follow government regulations on inspections and licensure.
  • must have 3 years general managers experience with a franchise hotel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
