Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled RN for a Medical/Surgical contract position in Milwaukee, WI. This 13-week assignment includes the possibility of extension and involves three 12-hour night shifts per week. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a dedication to patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to medical/surgical patients.
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Wisconsin.
- Previous medical/surgical nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and manage a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
