Living Out Palm Springs, a new LGBT 55 active adult resort community, is seeking an energetic individual to assist with leasing and the tenant move-in process for a 122-unit rental property.
Leasing Assistant Objectives
? Represent Living Out with a deep and comprehensive knowledge of how Living Out meets the needs of its potential residents
? Achieve leasing goals by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactic
? Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
Responsibilities
? Maintain working relationships with existing Living Out staff
? Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close
? Develop in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct site tours and handle objections
? Achieve leasing goals by following a defined selling process with potential buyers
? Coordinate with other leasing staff to ensure that goals are being met
Required skills and qualifications
? Previous sales/leasing experience
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and the ability to adapt to sales management software and CRM
? Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
Preferred skills and qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
? Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
Hours of work
? 8 hour days/40 hour weeks that can include Saturday and Sunday shifts
Pay range - $19 - $21 per hour
