Digital Campaign Manager
Who You Are What You’ll Do:
At Kobie, Campaign Managers are critical to the success of our client’s loyalty programs by helping plan, execute and monitor our marketing, messaging, and engagement efforts. Our Marketing Operations group is looking for a technically minded, data driven, digital expert to deliver for our enterprise level clients. We expect you to be able to work around, under and over problems to deliver campaign-based solutions.
This person must be a self-starter who is naturally curious and passionate about how marketing, technology and data are driving performance and returns for businesses. We help some of the world’s most successful brands provide exceptional loyalty experiences in retail, entertainment, hospitality, telecom, and financial services, as a result, we are looking for someone who understands the complexities of managing communications and data at scale.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with clients, partners, and internal teams to define, produce, and deploy all aspects of their loyalty campaigns.
- In depth knowledge of how to gather and document campaign goals and requirements.
- Initiate and host kick-off meetings with internal and external partners, documenting agreed-upon workstreams and deliverables.
- Understanding of the various disciplines (Client Services, Strategy, Tech, Analytics, Data Science, etc.) and ability to work and coordinate deliverables from them.
- Extensive experience working with the brands segments, targets audiences, execution of multi-channel messaging, personalization, and A/B/Multivariate testing.
- Develop robust campaign and process documentation, including client specific work instructions, and help to develop efficiencies in internal production processes
- Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operational workflow.
- Manage campaign specific priorities and resource allocation daily; work with Operations Manager to ensure all processes are being followed and find efficiencies as applicable.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for campaigns.
- Strong understanding of tagging, marketing measurement and performance reporting.
- Manage risk and ensure that all appropriate reviews and approvals are completed on time.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience to Help You Succeed in this Role:
- 3 years of experience in a campaign management or account management role
- 5 years’ total career experience
- Demonstrated experience developing business requirements and/or campaign briefs
- Expertise in email marketing, text messaging and push notification best practices and deliverability
- Firm understanding of web development, landing pages and conversion-based marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and personalization solutions
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and client deadlines with minimal oversight
- Strong written, verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment and working at the speed-of-retail.
- Ability to work directly with client-facing role
- Marketing, advertising, or in-house agency experience a plus
- Fanatically detail oriented with and expert eye for quality
How You Can Stand Out as a Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or hands on experience in a marketing or advertising
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Aterian
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud/Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Adobe Workfront and/or Jira
- Experience with a new client implementation
