How you will make an impact
At Kobie, the Designer role is a core part of how we bring our client’s programs to life. We help some of the world’s most successful brands deliver exceptional loyalty experiences in retail, dining, travel, telecom, and financial services, as a result, we are looking for someone who understands the complexities of creative work at this scale.
We are seeking a passionate, creative thinker with experience designing best-in-class creative across a variety of content types and channels. This person must be a self-starter who is naturally curious and passionate about how creativity works alongside technology and data to drive marketing performance.
The Designer should possess a proven track record developing creative from individual tactics to integrated campaigns across digital and print mediums with a strong proficiency in email marketing. They thrive in a collaborative setting, communicate clearly, and inspire others. The right candidate leverages a deep understanding of the creative process and UX/UI standards, works well with creative technologists and has experience working with brands across business verticals with experience in travel and hospitality being a plus.
· Concept, design and deliver creative designs that support client objectives across all channels.
· Posses an ability to translate insights and objectives into compelling and strategic creative solutions.
· Work with Project and Campaign Managers to comprehend briefs and execute high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
· Strong grasp of visual storytelling as well as UX/UI design skills.
· Ability to adapt to designing for various industries and B2C and/or B2B brands.
· Adhere to established standards and processes.
· Proactively assess our client’s creative and marketing solutions while developing, evolving, and promoting improvements to meet their business needs.
· Foster and leverage relationships with client and internal teams.
· Proactively keep up with creative trends, tools and processes that we can apply to our day-to-day work
· Shares knowledge, experience, and skill with other creative staff; works with design counterparts to ensure continuity across digital touchpoints
What you need to be successful
· 3-5 years of agency, brand or combined experience
· Online portfolio that demonstrates strong concepting and design ability
· Experience with digital marketing best practices, especially 1:1 communications
· In-depth knowledge of user interface and responsive design for websites and email
· Strong experience in designing content for multiple channels and specifically email clients
· Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
· Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative and flexible
· Strong passion for all things creative
· Exceptional organizational abilities & proven abilities to multi-task
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools and processes
· Loyalty marketing experience preferred
· HMTL development skills a plus

Salary : $35,000 - $55,000
