Summary
Converts Manufacturing Plan as defined by Management into a working Master Schedule and coordinates the activities of the Purchasing, Marketing and Manufacturing groups to accomplish the manufacturing plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accept, Analyze and assign delivery dates on all customer orders and service parts.
Develop Master Schedule for production based on MRP/Navision application and customer orders and provide to functional groups necessary to accomplish the schedule.
Determine, monitor and maintain proper levels of finished goods and sub-assemblies by forecasting and scheduling their manufacture as necessary.
Communicate with Marketing to determine customer requirements.
Communicate with Manufacturing to determine capacity, economical run quantities, and ability to respond to current and changing customer needs.
Communicate with Purchasing to confirm material availability and changing customer requirements.
Pursue educational opportunities and professional development necessary to remain current in a changing environment of MRP application techniques.
This position may include Quality System responsibilities such as process facilitation and documentation, conducting and/or assisting with internal audits.

Knowledge and Skill
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in an MRP environment is preferred. Proficiency in the German language a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
