What You Will Do In Your Role- Understand fundamental infrastructure concepts, cloud infrastructure concepts, infrastructure automation concepts, tools and supporting integrations
- Facilitate automating infrastructure operational processes and tasks to drive resource optimization
- Proactively partner with other infrastructure support teams and business partners
- Work with developers and internal partners to define framework and processes to automate infrastructure configurations and system integrations
- Assist in building automation scripts and templates, system integrations, maintain scripts/templates/integrations for changes to standards and new devices on the infrastructure
- Develop modern API based integrations with other applications outside of ServiceNow
- Be a part of the automated audit process and initiate well practiced remediation actions
- Reuse and scale components to accommodate future growth and eliminate waste
* Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program related to one of the following areas: Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT field
* Prior experience developing in Python or PowerShell
* Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for fast-paced learning
* Eligible for full-time employment by August 2024
* This role is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship
* Prior IT Support Experience
* Entry level experience or familiarity with any of the following: Data Formats (JSON/YAML), Python and APIs (REST), Source Control (git), Config Management (Ansible), GitHub CI/CD, Nautobot, XSOAR
