• Provide clerical support to transportation department.
• Prepare and maintain documents and records.
• Data entry.
• Assist in coordination of product transportation.
• Communicate professionally with trucking companies, warehouse associates, brokers, sales team members and customers via email and telephone.
• Ensure paperwork and transactions are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide daily alerts, confirming freight arrival with timely required documentation.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• General understanding of warehouse operations.
• Excellent filing, organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficient technology, computer and analytical skills.

• Use of computer, telephone and other office equipment
• You will be working in a typical office environment with a poultry plant facility.
