Hatchery Maintenance Manager

• You'll manage a team of supervisors, providing support and leadership in their everyday work assignments.
• You will mentor and motivate team of technicians.
• You will provide training and professional development, helping your team to optimize their performance and growth.
• Monitor and manage work orders and follow up to make sure repairs are completed.
• Ensure performance of lock out/tag out certifications on equipment..

• You must have maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• You must have previous hatchery or poultry experience.
• You must have management experience, and be good at leading people with positive reinforcement.
• Work well with others, and be able to motivate your team.

• You will work in a poultry hatchery facility. 
• You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.

Most benefits become effective after 30 days of employment, and you'll be eligible to participate in the 401k savings program after 1 year. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn benefits and incentives.

Salary : $69,000 - $87,400
