Your typical work hours will be 2nd shift from 4:00pm to 12:30am

The plant clerk will operate and maintain the Infinity system within Koch Foods.

Specific job duties include:

• Calibrate and maintain thermometer.
• Troubleshoot hardware.
• Correct any mistakes in Infinity.
• Replace and calibrate Infinity scales.
• Monitor data entries.
• Replace keyboards, calipers, caliper cables, and computers.
• Correct and maintain HACCP.
• Clean Infinity equipment.
• Conduct all necessary reports.
• All other duties as relevant to the position.

• Willingness to work flexible hours (early morning, evening and weekends).
• Excellent technology, computer and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills

• You will be working in a multi-temperature further processing plant that ranges in temperature from 30-90 degrees.
