Flint Hills Resources is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to join our project capability team at the Corpus Christi Refinery. A successful candidate in this role requires high initiative, capability to learn new skills, strong communication skills and ownership of responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is a team player, and a critical thinker with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. This role will report to the Southern Tier Projects Director and will support the project, turnaround, and records capabilities.

What You Will Do In Your Role
- Coordinate department schedules and calendars; support arrangement of meetings and events.
- Manage conference room capability to support both on-site and remote collaboration; interface with IT to support remote meeting accessibility
- Perform data entry and reporting to support project portfolio management, project management, and asset management
- Coordinate department schedules and calendaring; arrange lunches for work meetings and events.
- Perform general office management duties such as office supply inventory & procurement, office, and cubicle assignment coordination, etc.
- Supporting capability branding, team building, and recognition via interfacing with graphics vendors, managing digital signage content, etc.
- Support onboarding of new employees, as well as support workplace efficiency for current employees
- Support travel planning and arrangements for team
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other specialty software and applications
- Periodic data entry or administrative support of document controls and purchasing
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in an administrative role
- >1 year experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Associates Degree or higher
- Experience supporting multiple businesses
- Experience with records management
- At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative or document control position
- Technical savvy - experience learning and applying other business software and applications (ex. Infor, Enablon, LeanKit, PowerBI, etc.)
