Description
Koch Separation Solutions (KSS) needs an outstanding Coordinator! This person will be a key part of the team that attracts and hires top talent for KSS, partnering closely with the KSS Recruiter you support, providing a positive customer experience for hiring supervisors and a positive candidate experience for job seekers. Demonstrating a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, handling multiple competing priorities, and adapting to change are key to success in this role.
This role will be a hybrid role located in Wilmington, MA.

What You Will Do In Your Role
- Partner with recruiters and hiring supervisors to schedule on-site and/or remote interviews
- Prepare and send interview materials, coordinate travel and reimbursement for candidates
- Manage the Human Resources Information System in accordance with the Human Resources Standards (i.e. requisitions, applicant activity, etc.)
- Manage pre-hire testing (i.e. background checks, drug screening, medical screening etc.)
- Support planning and coordination of new hire on-boarding program
- Support a high-volume workload and multiple high level, time sensitive projects
- Handle and maintain confidential information while practicing careful communication
- Manage temporary labor force
- Manage master files
- Other misc. duties as assigned
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Experience in a human resources, administrative support, or project management/coordination role
- Experience scheduling meetings using Microsoft Outlook (working with various time zones, multiple attendees, locations, and details)
- This role is not eligible for sponsorship
What Will Put You Ahead
- Fluent in Spanish
- 3 years of experience in a human resources, administrative support, or project management/coordination role
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (i.e. Taleo, Brass Ring, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree
