Koch Global Services (KGS) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager responsible for leading an IT product focused team that delivers endpoint services to the various Koch businesses. Products developed and supported include workstation security (AV and encryption), workstation management tools (software packaging and distribution, security updates, workstation build), workstation standards (OS, hardware), printing, virtual application/virtual desktop and mobility & XR enablement. This person will focus on the employee development and support leveraging Koch’s culture, Principle Based Management. As a leader in KGS’s global endpoint architecture organization, you will lead a multi-capability support team focused on operational and product-focused work. Your role as leader is to empower your employees to help them continuously grow through building relationships, coaching, and providing opportunities for them to be challenged. You will be faced with a global IT environment with multiple Koch companies and the challenges to creatively provide solutions that enable our business partners accelerate the value they create. This position will manage multiple business partner relationships, support four product teams and ensure your service and capabilities meet the needs of the Koch businesses you provide services to globally.
Our Team
The Endpoint Architecture Services team provides modern solutions for endpoints that are secure, accessible and reliable. Our intent is to empower our users to work anywhere on any device. We manage the enterprise’s endpoint infrastructure (workstation, mobility, XR/VR). We are currently transforming to apply agile methodologies to how we approach our work.
What You Will Do
- Provide direction, leadership, coach, and develop a group of senior team members who contribute to the projects of the endpoint architecture services team and Koch businesses they support
- Identify, assess, and work to close gaps in employee development areas in preparation for their next career path opportunity
- Manage talent ensuring team members have the right level of expertise that meet the strategies and directional path needs of the team. Ensure adequate staffing to meet changing customer demands
- Partnering with our product owners to ensure roadblocks are removed and the team is focused on the right priorities and delivering through innovative and creative solutions to meet the needs of the strategies of our organization and business partners
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with other service owners, team leaders and peers across the globe to improve processes, identify new service opportunities, and improve the consumer experience.
- Assess and control costs associated with the team as part of the overall endpoint architecture services organization cost management strategies

- Experience at developing talent; individually and organizationally
- Experience managing an IT product focused capability and its services
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with minimal direction
- Experience being a strong business partner understanding their strategies to support them
- Strong initiative with the ability to seek out opportunities that can create additional value for the organization.
