Position Overview:
Phillips-Medisize has an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager in our medical device manufacturing facility in Maumelle, Arkansas. This role is responsible for all maintenance operations, including the leadership of the maintenance team, equipment safety, maximizing machine productivity and uptime as well as upkeep of the facility.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Leadership and direction of the Maintenance Department, including leadership of the Maintenance Team to include all people management areas
- Proactively coach and work alongside other leaders to drive results through the disciplined application of MBM
- Coordinate and direct maintenance across all shifts to maintain equipment capable of safe and robust processes
- Develop and maintain predictive and preventative maintenance systems for equipment, building and grounds and facility systems in compliance with ISO and/or FDA requirements
- Coordinate and direct outside subcontractors
- Assist with procurement and installation of equipment

- Experience successfully leading multiple large-scale projects
- Ability to truly engage with the Maintenance Team and collaborate with the Operations team
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- Manufacturing experience in a FDA regulated medical device facility
- Experience working with automation, injection molding technology and clean room environments
- Working knowledge of SAP
