Your Job
Georgia-Pacific is seeking an experienced Manager of Analysis to join our Foley Cellulose mill’s FP&A Team in Perry, FL to support our manufacturing operations by providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations. The ideal candidate will be able to use their expertise to drive operational improvements and support strategic decision making.

We have a hybrid schedule of in office and remote workdays.
What You Will Do
Mentor and develop less experienced financial analysts on the team
Execute operations bet tracking and performance analysis
Lead ad-Hoc analysis projects for manufacturing & our businesses
Perform internal and industry benchmarking
Contribute to the monthly forecasting and annual planning processes
Develop project economic justifications and summaries
Create leadership and ad-hoc business presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seek and share knowledge, identify opportunities for improvements, challenge the status quo, and propose solutions

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related Business field of study with 5 years of experience in financial analysis
Demonstrated understanding and application of financial concepts, economic principles, marginal analysis, variance analysis, IRR, ROI, and other valuation metrics
Confident Communicator: you have experience presenting complex financial concepts to various audiences and you engage effectively with your stakeholders in multiple formats
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience leading projects and mentoring less experienced team member
What Will Put You Ahead
Manufacturing and/or Consumer Products experience
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables and reporting, working with macros, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation)
Experience working with Infor M3, Asset Suite, or similar ERP systems
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
