Description
Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking talent responsible for execution of a leadership development program across Operations. This role is responsible for the design and delivery of strategies needed to identify and develop talent as future leaders for Operations. The role will act as leader, consultant and coordinator of a learning and development program model that provides participants with development of leadership skills through rotation of various assignments within the business. The role directly supervises program participants, collaborates with key business leaders and adjusts the program as needed to optimize learning and development opportunities. This position is located in Wichita, KS.
What You Will Do In Your Role
· Manage the leadership development program within the Operations capability with a vision towards of global expansion.
· Develop capability for future leaders of the organization; connect the organization to the workforce of the future.
· Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders (employees, business leaders, Early Career Recruiting) to ensure program is creating value for employees and the business.
· Participate in and lead participants to build collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders and peers.
· Identify areas for operational improvement, making suggestions to drive change and transformation with an emphasis on leadership development.
· Build relationships with program participants to better understand their needs; makes changes to the program as needed. Coach and support the participants as needed.
· Ensure program design and implementation is consistent with Market Based Management (MBM).
· Create learning and development opportunities that address common needs across all program participants.
· Recommend tools and resources to support participants and rotation managers. This should be accomplished with the support of other members of the Operation Leadership team.
· Partner with Operations leaders to coordinate future rotation assignments and selections of rotation managers.

Requirements:
· Demonstrated leadership and organizational development skills in a manufacturing or operations environment
· Demonstrated project and program management experience; organization, managing details, etc.
· Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, in-person and virtual environments
· Proven ability to influence outcomes at different levels of the organization
· A drive for transformation
· Willingness to travel, approximately 25% of the time.

· Prior or current experiences in Koch Industries business
· Supervisory or leadership experience
· Excellent use of technology (Microsoft Office, etc.)
· Experience with change management
· Experience and passion for talent development
· Exposure to sales, operations, engineering, early career team (i.e., college recruiting)
