Order Management Supervisor

Koch Engineered Solutions is hiring for an Order Management Supervisor. Order Management Supervisor leads and develops the Order Management team in both Wichita, KS and Tulsa, OK. They maintain cross training of all team members and help set priorities for the team while adhering to the companies order management procedures. Order Management Supervisor will work with other departments and global teams to ensure order management teams work cohesively while following best practices.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Lead and develop a team of contribution motivated individuals.
• Maintain cross training of team members in all aspects of order management procedures.
• Work with other departments to develop best practices for the order management team to allow efficient order entry, order closing and revenue recognition.
• Work with global locations to ensure order management teams have standard processes.
• Work with Project Managers to ensure order management team is handling value added order management related tasks.
• Maintain monthly metrics reports while identifying ways to improve efficiencies in all areas.
• Identify improvement areas and implement solutions to increase accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as point of contact to handle order management calls, questions, and requests for assistance from internal and external customers

Requirements:

• Experience in leading and developing a team
• Working knowledge and experience with MS Office products
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
• Ability to handle pressure and meet critical deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external customers
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience supervising others
• Experience working in an Eng./Mfg. environment
• Experience using Infor LN and PLM
