Koch Agronomic Services is seeking an Quality Specialist to join our Quality Team!
Position will be ideally based in Wichita, KS, with a hybrid work environment (ability to work remote any 2 days/week). Includes more than 30% travel, mostly in the US with some international.

What You Will Do In Your Role
- Support Quality Manager with developing, implementing, and continually improving our internal Quality Management System
- Participate on cross functional teams to assure effective implementation and adherence of Quality initiatives, including training of personnel
- Responsible for maintaining quality-related documentation, including procedures, forms, etc., and ensuring proper record retention
- Support with the training and maintaining of the Quality Management System
- Lead investigations into quality incidents, including problem solving, corrective action implementation and communication of results and actions
- Perform quality systems audits for manufacturing facilities, warehouse facilities and third-party sites
- Verify effectiveness and follow-up on corrective actions and audit findings
- Perform reporting on Quality Metrics and Key Performance Indicators
- Responsible for issuing and reviewing Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformity
- Support the Compliance group by reviewing and providing quality documentation for domestic and international product registrations
- Contribute towards the continuous improvement of company processes, procedures, and systems
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- BS or BA on sciences or a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success troubleshooting, data analysis or problem-solving
- Experience with Quality Control/Assurance
What Will Put You Ahead
- Three (3) or more years of Quality Control/Assurance and Manufacturing experience
- Agricultural or chemical industry background
- Bachelor’s degree with science or agricultural emphasis
