Kodiak Car Rentals is seeking a Fleet Manager/Car Detailer to manage our rental car fleet. Responsibilities include; cleaning cars, monitoring vehicle condition, scheduling maintenance, monitoring function of the vehicles from tires and brakes to windshield wipers and car fluids. This individual will clean cars, manage and train car cleaners, schedule staff, shuttle cars to renters and repair shops, schedule repairs at local repair facilities. This person will also manage inventory, monitor vehicle damage logs, document cars with photos and videos..
This is a fast paced so we are looking for a detail oriented person with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task! Preferred experience: Automotive knowledge and computer experience.
40 hours per week- Pay based on experience $20-$28 per hour
Must have reliable transportation, no drug or alcohol issues.
Individual MUST be willing and able to clean cars inside and out, some light automotive tasks and shuttling cars to various locations for delivery, maintenance, etc.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Strong computer skills required.
Candidate needs to be very detail-oriented.
Automotive Knowledge is strongly preferred.
Previous detailing experience is preferred.
Position may include bonuses. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be 21 or older with a clean driving record and no substance abuse issues.
