Construction Technician
Your Role at Kodiak
In this role, you are responsible for providing support in reconstruction efforts for our community. Qualified candidates must be well grounded in fundamentals of carpentry and tool usage. You will be instrumental in flipping our homes for resale at the community level. You will be working with a solid group of individuals that come with Manufactured Housing industry experience.
To Achieve Success at Kodiak
We are looking for a real go-getter who understands the ins and outs of facility and community construction. Someone who thrives in delivering the highest quality of service to the residents of our community. This position does require an individual who is able to lift and transport heavy items (up to about 85 lbs) and is comfortable in climbing ladders up to 20ft.
