Koenig is currently seeking an Ag Equipment Optimization Specialist to support the Dealership's Greenville, Ohio business territories.
Purpose:
Purpose:
- Serve as equipment optimization and production systems specialist in support of Ag Production initiatives intended to increase equipment market share and precision engagement. Promote and support advanced precision, exclusive machine features, data solutions to customers in an assigned area of responsibility
- Proactively promote and demonstrate integrated precision, exclusive machine features, and product support solutions that optimize equipment performance, reduce costs, and increase operating efficiencies for customers.
- Actively promote the benefits and value of Operations Center. Sell and deliver consulting services that generate insights and intelligence from customer data.
- Plan and execute production and precision equipment training for customers and branch employees that exhibit agronomic benefit and a positive return on investment.
- Serve as a precision and technology resource to support the dealership’s precision mainstreaming efforts. Act as point person for resolution of difficult precision-related performance issues.
- Assist in the development and sales of Aftermarket subscription services, including optimization, fixed cost per acre, and maintenance solutions. Collaborate with Ag sales team and Aftermarket managers to offer these solutions at point-of-sale.
- Precision ag experience and/or post-secondary education required. Ag production experience preferred.
- Appetite for continuous learning and demonstrated understanding of new technology.
- Excellent written, oral, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude of common market software (such as Microsoft Office) and internet applications required. Practical knowledge of and experience with industry specific systems preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Certified Crop Advisor accreditation preferred.
