Specific Responsibilities
- Greeting all customers and taking customer orders accurately
- Operating coffee making equipment
- Preparing and presenting beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
- Serving prepared food items
- Recording and accurately processing purchases
- Collecting and processing payments from the customer including cash, credit and debit cards
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area
- Dismantling and cleaning machinery as needed
- Stocking inventory according to storage requirements
Skills/Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
- Previous experience or familiarity with varieties of coffee drinks and equipment preferred
- Learn2Serve Certification preferred
- Previous experience with some food preparation preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail needed
- The ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
