Opportunity
As the Manager of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement across all Kohler Energy digital ecosystem, including www.kohlerenergy.com as a central hub for our 7 different businesses. You will lead a team and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital campaigns. You will work with the digital leaders in the business to coordinate Energy’s digital presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
Specific Responsibilities
•Develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and brand positioning, across all Kohler Energy digital ecosystem.
•Set a vision for the digital ecosystem for Kohler Energy and the 7 businesses and share this vision with all shareholders.
•Actively manage the Kohler Energy corporate digital assets to drive awareness and understanding of Kohler Energy among existing and potential customers, stakeholders such as vendors or investors, associates, and candidates.
•Manage and mentor a team and external vendors to provide guidance, set goals, and provide coaching and mentoring.
•Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
•Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
•Utilize data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions to optimize digital marketing efforts.
•Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
•Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives when necessary.
•Work closely with products, sales, and other departments from the businesses to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and product launches.
•Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors, conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth.
•Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to the executive team.
