Support Marketing team in the development and execution of content strategies across channels by leveraging Integrated Marketing Plan, Content Stories, Promotional Priorities, Media Plans, and business insights. Ensure creative execution accurately reflects content plan guidance
ACCOUNTABILITIESÂ
COORDINATES MARKETING STRATEGY
Utilize the Integrated Marketing Plan, Content Stories, Promotional Priorities and Media Plan to provide relevant inputs into monthly planning process, resulting in breakdown of content by week / campaign.
Lead the planning of content across fiscal weeks, ensuring all aspects of the promotional and content strategies are implemented
Complete all necessary documentation to facilitate creative kick-offs for each week/campaign
Ensure creative execution accurately reflects campaign plan guidance
RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
Utilize insights on performance to inform content and tactic decisioning.
Perform hindsight reporting on channel performance, gathering insights to drive continued iteration and improvement of channel, content and module strategies.
Perform routine competitive assessments. Analyze industry trends and identify/recommend strategic content enhancements
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Strong collaboration with Marketing partners to ensure content and promotional strategies are coming to life as intended

DIGITAL DISPLAY
Plan and coordinate all display content, specifically offers and promotions planned to be featured
Ensure all channel strategy details are communicated to business partners to ensure optimal execution
Review Display creative execution to ensure adherence to content plan strategy
Ensure all changes from previous review stages are updated/addressed
Review reporting to determine what content is most successful in this channel, communicate results to key stakeholder and apply learnings to future plans
Coordinate the planning of all email channel content, specifically content stories and offers
Ensure all channel strategy details and campaign guidance are clearly communicated to business partners to ensure optimal execution
Review Email creative execution to ensure adherence to content plan strategy
Review Email Day by Day campaign set up to ensure adherence to content plan campaign guidance
Execute edits as necessary and ensure clear communication of updates to cross-functional teams
Coordinate the planning of all print channel content, specifically content stories and offers
Ensure all channel strategy details are clearly communicated to business partners to ensure optimal execution
Review print creative execution to ensure adherence to content plan strategy

BROADCAST
Coordinate the planning of broadcast channel content, specifically content stories and offers

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
1-2 years Omni-channel, Retail Merchandising or Marketing experience
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate across various levels within the organization
History of success working both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team on multiple concurrent projects
Experience in a high-volume retail environment
PREFERRED
Ability to problem-solve using factual, historical information
Sharp negotiation skills able to speak clearly and calmly in front of influential people
