Retail Sales Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise
• Support inventory management by accurately completing point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
• Participate in daily service processes, including register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• No prior retail experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
