About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise
- Support inventory management by accurately completing point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
- Participate in daily service processes, including register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- No prior retail experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
