Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Essential Functions/Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Operations Support:
- Organize, update and control IT process documentation and other sensitive information with extreme care and integrity.
- Maintain the catalog of information technology software and asset inventory databases.
- Document overall department and individual team performance measures and report results.
- Document, validate and report IT expenses.
- Coordinate the review and updating of IT contracts, purchases, Service Level Agreements, and resulting supplier invoices.
- Coordinate IT supplier activities and ensure that they comply with the terms of their service agreements.
- Project Assistance:
- Support the work required to devise IT project tasks, track their progress and identifying dependencies, and meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate the day-to-day work planning and task scheduling activities between the IT and Analytics teams.
- Coordinate the work of internal staff members, vendors, and other parties who are external to the department.
- Organize the agenda, act as facilitator and track action items for technology change management meetings.
- Conduct business requirements and discovery research and gather data to support decision-making on various IT initiatives.
- Craft professional written communications, emails, and reports. Anticipate upcoming needs, deadlines, and necessary preparations to ensure seamless operations.
- End User Support:
- Be an expert in the application and use of key business communication and end-user collaboration technology currently in use in the organization.
- Assist IT Team members with the organization and delivery of technology training and documentation.
- Perform other operations support, project assistance and end user support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' successful experience working in the capacity of technology user support; bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience in managing schedules and providing top-notch support to senior-level executives.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in the application and use of office application software including enterprise-class documentation, resource planning, business collaboration and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages and information to all levels of the organization.
- Organizing and coordinating operational processes such as managing vendors, organizing budget and expense tracking,
- Attributes:
- Discretion and a keen ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
- A proactive and forward-looking approach, showcasing high levels of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and interaction with diverse teams.

Work Environment This job primarily operates in a professional office environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 pm -- with flexibility in hours to meet the organization's needs. Evening and weekend work are required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is regular, but primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected on occasion.
