Summary :
This individual will be responsible for processing weekly payrolls timely and accurately for multiple organizations within the Kokosing Group
Duties and Responsibilities :
Process Pay Change Requests* Manage / Keying of Timecards* Process Weekly Payroll for multiple companies* Finalize Employee's Last Check* Process Manual Checks* Sort and Distribute Payroll Checks* Process Employment Verifications* Resolve all Payroll Related Issues* Maintain Prevailing Wage Rates* Communicate any Found Discrepancies with Project Team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- A degree and payroll experience preferred but not required.
