Summary:
Kokosing Inc. is in search of a Benefits Manager to oversee the company’s benefit programs and polices.
- This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of the company’s benefits programs.
- The Benefits Manager will report to the Director of Team Member Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and administer comprehensive company sponsored benefits programs, including health, life, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings.
- Collaborate with benefits vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate service levels.
- Ensure vendors deliver high-quality services and meet established performance standards.
- Implement benefits offerings that are competitive and aligned with the organization's goals and industry standards.
- Stay informed about changes in benefits laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
- Manage benefits-related audits and reporting processes.
- Plan and execute enrollment processes, coordinating communication, and other related enrollment activities.
- Analyze benefits data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
