Summary

Kokosing is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. This role contributes to Kokosing Industrial’s success by establishing the foundation of good Business Development practices while managing our brand across mediums. The position requires the ability to work in a professional setting, managing and executing multiple projects with overlapping timetables.

Desired Experiences Include

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a related marketing field
• BS in Marketing or Journalism or related field preferred
• Experience in Microsoft systems esp. Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Experience in Adobe Cloud esp. InDesign
  
  

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Act in a professional manner including attendance, timeliness, and presentation
• Manage your schedule for an on-time delivery of work products
• Excel in a collaborative, team environment where every voice matters
• Support the create statement of qualifications and proposals in response to advertisements with the development of the marketing materials including layout, adherence to brand guidelines, development of graphical elements, coordination with proposal team
• Organization and management of marketing assets including resumes, photos, project profile sheets, and the content library
• Support Business Development with participation in the development and execution of regional strategic plans
• Develop regional, external content for advertisement in publications as directed
• Participate in regional events through development of targeted content and working internally to staff events as directed
• Participate in the submission for regional awards and presentations including identification of awards and events, generating submittals, and development of content
• Support digital marketing efforts on an as needed basis in areas including generation of presentations, social media posts, and videos
• Other duties as assigned
