Construction Schedule Software Coordinator (GA/NWFL/Carolina Region)
Position Summary: The Coordinator assists with the oversite and maintenance of all job schedule files and the integration of data between back office and scheduling systems. The Coordinator conducts training for new users in the region, including new vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor integration process and error reports
- Analyze trends in order to communicate issues to others on the team
- Communicate issues and discrepancies found, including those related to payments to vendors
- Training all users – have the ability to communicate effectively and travel to onsite locations
- Administrative duties to include but not limited to: maintenance of User IDs and passwords, template and reporting
- Act as resource and consultant for system issues and questions
Required Skills: at least one year in construction (preferably residential), high level organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, training experience; must be a self-starter and independent worker, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), troubleshooting and problem-solving skills necessary, along with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point); NewStar and BuildPro experience preferred. Ability to travel overnight; some requires air transportation and some to be driven.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred – or Associates Degree with work experience of one year for each year of education. Related position experiences a plus!
