We are looking for a go-getter who will be a cheerful addition to our commissary. This person needs to be a multitasker who is detail oriented, customer service driven, and able to build lasting relationships with internal customers.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the General Manager in the ongoing day-to-day operation of the commissary. This includes maintaining adequate inventory levels, helping to on-board event staff, and delivering unparalleled service.
Operations Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist the GM in administrative tasks including but not limited to logistic, inventory, and marketing efforts
Capture & maintain data regarding daily inventory levels
Support the GM in ensuring our ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and truck maintenance
Assist the GM in developing and implementing organizational strategies related to warehouse and truck management
