What we are looking for:
We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to assist with the management, distribution and procurement of our wireless handset and tablet inventory.
As part of the Finance team, the Inventory Analyst will track and report usage, waste, trends, aging and other useful statistics to management, as well as improve processes around controls, forecasting and fulfillment.

What you will do:
· Assist with the procurement of wireless handsets and tablets
· Work with company operations personnel to manage the shipment of inventory between supplier, distribution center and agents
· Track and manage the company's inventory by producing and analyzing inventory reports using Microsoft Excel
· Create inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data
· Report inventory aging statistics to management and suggest improvements to better control inventory losses
· Work with sales and management personnel to forecast future inventory requirements
· Manage Purchase Orders as related to inventory
· Manage RMA’s
· Manage other inventory items, such as Marketing supplies
· Other duties as assigned by Management
What you will bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Data Analytics preferred, or 1 to 3 years related and/or inventory management experience
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills a must. Vlookups, Hlookups, PivotTables
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, small office environment. Is adaptable and possesses a good attitude
· Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, customer service and organizational skills
Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to complete a task or project, especially when important deadlines need to be met

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
