Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work in our dynamic multi-disciplinary team.  The ideal candidate has a passion for developing great software and apps for our stakeholders, the ability to balance and negotiate competing requests and resources. We are looking for a person who is a disciplined self-starter, motivated to work independently while being an authentic team player in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment. The Product Manager we are looking for is also relentlessly focused on efficiency, product usability and quality, as well as timely delivery. Moreover, this person will be expected to deliver fast, but carefully thought-out results. 

Our Product Management team is a dynamic, hybrid team that is engaged with most business functions of Koneksa’s business.  In addition to the core software teams, we collaborate with Koneksa’s Customer, Commercial, Scientific, and Data teams to meet the company’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development and manage the product experience - from conception to launch - of products and solutions on our platform

• Define product requirements and design with attention to detail while keeping an eye on the big picture 

• Work closely with engineers, software testers, and other stakeholders to deliver product

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers and users by gathering feedback and analyzing feature requests and usage data

• Serve as the key liaison between customer and technology teams

• Analyze market trends, competition, and regional and global industry regulations

• Articulate the use cases of the Koneksa product offering from user, clinical and scientific perspectives.

Qualifications

• 4 years of product management or related experience

• Strong experience articulating software requirements 

• Experience working collaboratively with UI/UX designers, engineers, testers, and support teams to deliver quality solutions

• Experience working in a agile software development environment

• Proven record of successful product delivery 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills for various audiences

• Experience with conducting user feedback interviews, collecting/analyzing user data

• Exceptional organizational skills

• 4-year college degree

Bonus

• Work experience in a regulatory sensitive environment (Healthcare, Finance, etc)

• Pharma / clinical trial experience a big plus

• SaaS platform experience

• iOS and Android experience

• Has worked on a data visualization / data heavy or scientific product (finance, science, analytics, etc.)

• Experience working with data collection/processing software platforms

• Experience interacting with Data Scientists

• Start-up experience
