QA Inspector

Burnsville, MN | Direct Hire | $22-29/hr
Konik is partnering with a local, well-established manufacturing company that is seeking to add a QA Inspector to their team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented QA Inspector that is skilled in using precision tools for quality inspections.
QA Inspector What you could be doing:
- Inspect incoming parts from contract manufacturers and production using precision tools and critical thinking
- Ensure parts are clean, free of debris, and made to the specifications of the engineering drawings
- Produce, finish, and uphold all records/files associated with receiving inspection in both physical and digital forms
QA Inspector What you bring:
- Metrology Methodology certification or four years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control
- Experience with HPLC instrumentation operation and techniques is a plus. Proficiency in troubleshooting instrument problems and providing technical support
- Knowledge of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) instrumentation is preferred.
- Knowledge of standard metrology principles and guidelines as well as Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT)
- Skilled in using precision tools: Calipers, Micrometers, Gauge Pins, Depth Gauge, Thread Gauges
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required
