Overview of the role as a BDC agent:
In this position, being a part of our team will consist of growing the business on a daily basis. This job takes patience along with a positive attitude in communicating efficiently with hundreds of potential customers a day. It falls under our responsibility to be engaging in a positive manner and assisting the customers to schedule appointments. We will set daily goals and as a team work together to hit objectives.
Primary responsibilities for a BDC Agent:
- Receive Inbound Phone Calls
- Execute an outbound call goal of 100 a day
- Set service appointments for our customers
- Communicate effectively with customers via Phone, Text or Email
- Exceed customer expectations and team goals
