Elementary School Teacher

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team at a private school. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young students and fostering their love for learning.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including but not limited to literacy, math, science, and social studies
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special needs, including those with autism or learning disabilities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and collaboration among students
- Utilize technology and learning tools to enhance the educational experience
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to support student development
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who require extra assistance
- Encourage physical education and promote healthy habits among students

Skills:
- Strong childcare skills with the ability to connect with and inspire young learners
- Experience working in a private school setting is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective instruction and communication with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of special education strategies and techniques for supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Ability to mentor and guide students in their personal growth and development
- Proficiency in literacy education, including reading comprehension, writing skills, and proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with learning technology tools and resources to enhance classroom instruction

Pay: $42,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
