Role Overview
KORE Software is looking for a motivated and capable Project Manager to join our Enterprise Services team. This role will report into the Program Manager, Data Migrations. This position is for 9-12 month contract role with the opportunity for full-time employment.
The Project Manager will lead data migration projects, primarily related to CRM and KORE products, working with both Services and various internal teams using standard Services implementation methodologies and practices. Enterprise Services offers a diverse suite of business management solutions for their B2B and B2C enterprise clients. This includes technical product activations, standard data migration, custom data migrations and integrations, as well as engineered solutions.
As the successful candidate for the Project Manager role, you will have a solid background in project management and some experience with engineered solutions for client facing engagements. You feel comfortable working on a variety of shorter-term projects, as well as ongoing professional services engagements with clients. You will be able to support the sales process, as well as key client facing projects, from inception through administrative closeout.
This role requires someone with some technical aptitude and a sincere interest to learn new technologies (i.e. AWS technologies, Dynamics, Salesforce,, etc.). The successful candidate will hold a leadership role within the team and will need to be highly self-motivated to help set and align team priorities and meet release deadlines. They will also be familiar with organizational change management principles and the scrum model to help facilitate the team’s adoption of Scrum practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and build a program of projects and negotiate timelines with stakeholders to successfully deliver our products as well as manage the team’s sprint and backlogs, including:
- Groom tickets with the team
- Administer the project management tool (JIRA)
- Assist with facilitating agile ceremonies
- Manage and track team KPIs and key agile metrics
The skills required to be successful in this position are:
- Proven experience developing and managing end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery using scrum or other related agile methods
- Experience with Agile methodology (PMP and/or Scrum Certified preferred)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Has demonstrated technical leadership capabilities along with superior project management
- Excels at communication, problem solving, productivity tools, and cross-organizational leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience implementing new organizational processes and support backlog maintenance.
- Some exposure to one or more the following: CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), ETL systems (SSIS), Cloud Platform(s) AWS (Redshift), Azure (Microsoft .NET, C#), & Web applications.
- Able to focus on Client Success while balancing competing product or technical priorities.
- Solid understanding of organizational change management principles and practices.
- Direct experience working within a software development environment.
- Excellent communicator with great stakeholder management skills.
- Able to easily interface with both engineering teams and client teams for project requirements and scope.
