KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for "Receptionist" for a client in Irvine, CA.


Please Note: This is a 6 month contract position (with a possibility of extension), they offer a hybrid schedule 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.


  • Orders food for work teams at the HQ
  • Manages food program for Free Food Fridays for HQ
  • Administer/maintain the GrubHub food program approved user list
  • Escorts deliveries to our 6 floors
  • Manages weekly bagel program for HQ
  • Arranges monthly birthday cake program for HQ
  • Initiates Staples office supply orders
  • Relieves Lobby Ambassador as needed at the Lobby Desk
  • Monthly workstation audits with Facilities Planner to update occupancy space plans
  • Works with Facilities Coordinator on maintaining Name Plates for HQ; monitors turnover
  • Opens Help Desk tickets in Landlord’s maintenance system as requested
  • Opens Help Desk tickets in ServiceNow for internal requestors
  • Creates purchase orders in Coupa
  • EA backup to the Executive Assistants supporting the CEO, President and CTO
  • Orders and maintains snack inventory
  • Helps with facilities related projects
  • Move planning and scheduling
  • Other duties as needed
