UI Engineer

KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a UI Engineer. We are a global automotive supplier and partner to automakers worldwide.





We are looking for a

Driven, creative, and technically savvy UI Software Engineer to conceptualize and implement thrilling UIs across various platforms. The experiences you bring include:



- Developing smartphone/table applications on iOS and Android

- Developing desktop applications using OpenGL on Windows/Linux

- Prototyping UIs using JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, Qt/QML, etc

- Working knowledge of 2D/3D development engines (Unity and/or Unreal)

- Ability to quickly prototype applications for ad-hoc concepts

- Ability to clearly communicate on technical topics with non-technical colleagues and across levels in organization

- Experience authoring technical description documents and specifications

- Curiosity to learn new skills and also to find solutions to complex problems





Great if you also have

- A Masters Degree in Computer Science or Graphics field

- Knowledge of user-centered design methodology and usability testing

- Experience with automotive systems

- Graphic design background
