Position Summary
An Online Fulfillment Associate is a detail-orientated team member who is responsible for ensuring that orders placed from our e-commerce store are picked, packed, and shipped to their destination. Fulfillment Associates provide support with inbound and outbound product replenishment, inventory accuracy, and presentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Meet department monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and adhere to department policies, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Accurately pick, prepare, pack, sort, and ship customer orders within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Perform and maintain daily/weekly product and supplies inventory count as needed
- Responsible for receiving incoming inventory and stocking them on the appropriate shelves
- Perform shipment drop-offs at shipping facilities daily or as needed
- Process inventory returns and restocks
- Collaborate with the customer experience department to ensure that customer shipment issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Monitor and communicate with Management when supplies have reached restock levels
- Model excellent service by preparing all customer orders within the required protocols set by Management
- Perform end of day cleaning procedures and always maintain a clean work area
- Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness, and qualities of standards
- Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Wash hair and supplies needed to fulfill customer orders
- All other duties assigned based on business needs
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- 1 years of prior experience in online order fulfillment and warehousing required
- 1 years of prior experience at a high-end retail store preferred
- Beauty industry experience is highly preferred
- Experience with eCommerce Backoffice systems
- Basic math skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detailed oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication with team members and management
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer
